Integrity Waters Pool Service Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging the services of Integrity Waters Pool Service ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Service (TOS) agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before using our pool services.

2. Pool Service

2.1. We will provide weekly pool maintenance and cleaning services as specified in your service agreement. The scope of services may include, but is not limited to, cleaning, chemical treatment, and minor equipment maintenance.

2.2. The specific services and schedule will be detailed in the service agreement between you and the Company.

2.3. Integrity Waters reserves the right to one skipped week of service per year. see more in (3.3 Fees and Payments)

3. Fees and Payment

3.1. You agree to pay the fees for the pool services as outlined in your service agreement. Fees are due as specified in the agreement.

3.2. Payment can be made by Cash, Credit/Debit. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.

3.3. All Service plans are based and billed monthly. With some months having an extra week adding up to four weeks by the end of a year, Integrity Waters reserves the right to four Skipped weeks of service per year.

3.4. All plan pricing is based with Chemicals included. Excessive chemical usage may incur up-charge, to be determined on a case by case basis at the discretion of the company.

3.5. Air B&B plan is $200 every four weeks plus $25 for any extra follow up visit or extra service stop.

4. Cancellation and Termination

4.1. You may cancel your pool service at any time by providing written notice to IntegrityWatersPoolService@Gmail.com as specified in your service agreement.

4.2. Integrity Waters reserves the right to terminate services for any reason, including non-payment or breach of this agreement, ETC.

4.3. Reimbursement for canceled or terminated service will be prorated for remainder of service based off your monthly billing cycle. No reimbursements will be issued for services already rendered, unless determined acceptable and approved by Integrity Waters on a case by case basis.

4.4. Reimbursement for 6 month and 1 year plans will not be prorated from current monthly cycle. Reimbursement will be given for next full month of service and remaining months. Service for current monthly cycle will be completed through unless client refuses further service to which no prorated reimbursement will be given.

5. Liability

5.1. The Company will exercise reasonable care and diligence in providing pool services. However, we are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

5.2. The Company is not responsible for equipment damage or breakage from regular service. As these are all wear and tear products and not made to last forever. Over time it is natural for Equipment to wear and break down or break. Consistent use and hot sub-tropical climate accelerates the wear and tear. Coverings and shelters for equipment are recommended to help protect from UV radiation, environment and other uncontrollable circumstances. We will add water while on site for service or use a water timer. Timers will be collected the following week. Integrity Waters is not responsible for water left running or malfunctioning timers.

5.3. You are responsible for ensuring the safety of the pool and equipment area, including the supervision of children and guests and landscaping around pool and equipment areas.

5.4. You are responsible for not only the safety of the pool and equipment area, but the cleanliness of these areas as well. As cleanliness can affect the safety and condition of the pool and service sometimes requiring excessive chemical use. (Refer to section 3.4. of Fees and Payment.)

6. Privacy

6.1. We may collect and store personal information as necessary to provide pool services. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Integrity Waters Pool Service from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our pool services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update and modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or other notice methods specified in your service agreement.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Great State of Florida.
